They access your information exclusively for service provision, product maintenance, or when legally mandated. Our Commitment to Data Privacy

We never share or sell your data, or that of your clients, to third parties. This encompasses, but isn't limited to:

  2. Email Addresses
  3. Physical Addresses
  4. Phone Numbers
  5. Financial Details
  6. Other Personal Details (Age, Gender, Social Security Numbers, Birthdates, Documents, etc.)

We neither inspect nor monitor data input into our Life Insurance and Annuity Illustration Software or our online Financial Calculators. All data is encrypted with high-grade 1024-bit encryption and securely stored only after you elect to do so. You have the autonomy to instruct us to delete all personal and client data from our servers or manage each client's data individually.

Compliance with Data Protection Regulations

We crafted this policy in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). These regulations aim to ensure consumers have the right to:

  1. Be informed about data collection.
  2. Be aware if their data is being sold or disclosed, and if so, to whom.

In essence, unlike numerous platforms today, we don't monetize your personal data. Our software is designed to either not store any illustration data or provide you with comprehensive control over its storage and deletion.
